The front desk staff provided excellent service. The exceptional attentiveness of Carla made us feel very welcome during our stay.
The room felt a bit cramped for the price.

Just a reliable pick for a mini-break over the weekend in Grand Rapids with best value for money ratio. The hotel was very clean and well-kept, surprisingly quiet despite being busy with wedding parties. Make sure to check out nearby restaurants and bars—they're within walking distance.

Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement
Overall a decent experience. The location is perfect for exploring downtown, but I faced repeated issues with the refrigerator in my room. Enjoyed meals at the Bistro—top notch service! For a smoother stay, request rooms away from the elevator and the back of the hotel to avoid noise.

Had an amazing time with friends. We visited the nearby art museum and checked out local breweries. The bistro was great for meals, and the location was super convenient for exploring. The heated walkways made walking around easy, even in the snowy weather.
The only downside was a parking issue where I got charged after accidentally using my ticket to exit. thankfully, it was fixed quickly.

Couples getaway with some twists and turns
We had a lovely time and the beds were very comfortable! The hotel is right in the heart of everything and connected to a skywalk which makes it easy to reach places without stepping outside, especially in the nasty weather, you know?
Wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got, it was acceptable.
