Perfect location. Looking for apartment for daughter to rent in downtown area. Enjoyed our stay!
Their attention to guest comfort was superb. Our reservation was not there when we arrived, but the Desk Host quickly assured us that there was a room available and signed us in. The room was absolutely beautiful and in an excellent location. Every one on the staff - from the front desk to the servers in the Bistro - were friendly and made the stay that much more enjoyable. And you cannot beat the location! We were going to the Van Andel Arena and when we opened our curtains in the room...there it was! Convenience to everything we were interested in...great walking section of the city! And great food available everywhere!
Staff were very accommodating to the needs of our group. Our suite was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The hotel is directly across the street from the B.O.B. which worked well for us, too.
The pool wasn't anything exceptional.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating
parking could definitely be better we drive a large pick up truck and it was hard to fit anywhere
The location was the reason I stayed there plus I have always enjoyed my room at a Courtyard.
Would appreciate more coffee creamers in the room. Everything else was wonderful.
The location of the hotel and conveince of the parking garage for the 10k was great. It was very nice to have the restaurant just downstairs and be able to grab a bagel before the race. It was really nice to be able to come back a shower after the race. I am going to do this race next year and stay here! It was just a wonderful experience!
For the price, things like the elevator and the bathroom were a little dated. However, the price compared to the conveince was spot on.
Staff at hotel restaurant and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and provided exceptional customer service.
Upon check in staff was not friendly, did not inform the guest (me) of the hotel amenities, the billing was inaccurate. Would not recommend anyone to stay.
The staff are all very friendly. The location of the building is great, and the small suite we had was still very spacious.
This hotel shares the building with both condos and apartments so do NOT expect or even hope for a River view as the hotel only has the first 7 floors. The suite, while spacious, had a musty, unused smell to it that I personally found bothersome but my boyfriend didn't seem to notice. Their room service menu is pretty bleak while still being expectedly overpriced. I would much rather spend a very few extra dollars and stay at either the JW Mariott or the Amway Grand, would be a better use of your money!
I liked the location of the hotel.
The hot tub was gross. After we got to the pool area We didn't even go in it. Staff at the front desk were chatting with each other for about 3 minutes before they realized there was people there waiting to check in. The room had the coffee maker inside the closet (that is an odd spot for it) we only found it by chance. Over all the room was pretty old and worn looking, for $250.00 for one night I expected more.... I would not recommend this hotel.
The setting and services were good overall.Courteous staff.
They did not make up our room once &we had no don't disturb on door. Parking was awkward to access with leaving hotel to get to it.
Location maybe justifies the price? However, the room was really no different than any other hotel I have stayed in. There were no ammenities that went above standard. I still had to pay for parking and breakfast.
Comfortable. Clean facility. Location great.
We had an adjoining room that was locked. We didn't know the people on the other side. It seemed like a group of girls laughing and talking, not really loud, just having fun. But we could hear their whole conversation late at night and early in the morning. It woke us up. I should not be able to hear the people in the room next to me talking for the price of $233 a night. I was very disappointed in that. I mentioned it to the front desk on my check out.
Cost and having to pay for facility parking.
Comfy bed, good size room. Enjoyed access to late night snacks downstairs :)
A little unnerving that we could re-enter hotel from walkway without a key card. Anyone could have entered hotel through the night ?
Location was the key to the visit
Funky parking. Hard to get to. City location so I get it
